Network issues – Germany DC
Problem has been partially solved. All servers should be working fine now. The only issue that is still on going is via our portal and your ability to reset your server, use the rescue system etc.

We are currently experiencing a fault with our network in Germany data center where most of our dedicated servers are hosted.
UK, Greek servers and Germany VPS nodes are not affected by this.

The network issue on most of the servers has been restored. We are still working on some. Please be patient.
Unfortunately, there have been issues with the core switches. Our technicians are working hard to resolve the situation. We would kindly request you refrain from making enquiries by telephone. Thank you for your understanding.
