Router upgrade
Dear Customer,
As part of our ongoing network improvements it is necessary to reconfigure our dedicated server routers in the time periods below, during which the network shall be considered at-risk.
This should not cause an outage, but due to the complex nature of the works involved, we splitting the works over three nights, the works are estimated to take no more than 60 minutes per night.
AT-RISK Periods:
Thu 26/08/2010 23:00 (GMT +1) – Fri 27/08/2010 06:00 (GMT+1)
Fri 27/08/2010 23:00 (GMT +1) – Sat 28/08/2010 06:00 (GMT+1)
Tue 31/08/2010 23:00 (GMT +1) – Wed 01/09/2010 06:00 (GMT+1)
No action is required by customers. This affect only customers hosted in the UK with a dedicated server service. Our cluster platform and VPS are not affected by this.
