VPS DC network issues

This evening between 18:00 and 19:00 we experienced high packet loss on our network. This was caused by a DDoS attack. Our primary aim was to restore service as soon as possible, tickets will take some time for us to deal with.

Dear all,

We are currently experiencing a network outage on our main facility in the UK where most of the Virtual Private Servers are hosted. We are aware of the problem and trying to solve it. I will keep this post up to date with latest news regarding this outage.
