Power failure 9th of December 2009
Dear customers,
We have a power related issue on some racks, we are very aware and have on site engineers looking into this, please at this time, if you are having issues connecting, can you raise a support ticket rather than phone in. This would allow our engineers to be able to resolve the issue much quicker. Most of the servers should be online now.
Once again, sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused with this.

Update: This power issue has now been resolved and all racks should now be back up and an announcement will be going out detailing what happened. We are closing all tickets ragarding this issue but if you are still seeing an issue with any of your servers please re-open this ticket detailing which of your servers need attention.
